INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- For skin care: mix 5 tablespoons of clay with 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil and some water. Apply to the skin and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing with warm water
- For internal treatments: avoid large quantities of the product, which could cause side effects such as constipation
- For hair care: mix green clay into a warm thyme infusion or with hot water. Apply the paste to the hair, especially to the roots, and leave on for a 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly to remove clay residue. (Repeat once to twice a week)
Repeat masks only once a week to avoid damaging the skin.
